"After the black iron ring reaches zero charges and the player continues to mine whilst wearing it, one more charge will be used and the ring will be destroyed."

-Can anyone confirm this? I have mined several hundred ores with 0 charges and nothing has happened. (Minnin15 (talk) 20:10, October 10, 2013 (UTC))

Yes, that's what happens. When you've completely exhausted the ring, it disappears. MolMan 20:12, October 10, 2013 (UTC)
