The level it stops burning is inaccurate.

I have level 74 cooking, and I can still burn those fish. I'm not sure what the acutal level it is when it stops burning, but it's not 70. BlazeTheMovieFan 17:48, April 10, 2011 (UTC)

Burn level

I've tested the burn rate while training. It seems that with cooking gauntlets they still occasionally burn even at level 79. At level 80, I haven't been able to burn any with or without gauntlets - which leads me to believe that cooking gauntlets have no effect on bass, and the no-burn level is 80. 120.147.149.218 11:36, March 7, 2015 (UTC)
