Receiving off-task?[edit source]
This item doesn't seem to be impossible to receive off-task. In 200k abyssal demons, I've managed to get one. I triple checked I wasn't on-task, and wasn't even on a slayer contract. A couple others I asked about it, who've also killed hundreds of thousands, say they've gotten one too. It makes me wonder if the wand is also possible. Perhaps rather than removing/adding the item to the drop table sensitive to your task, they simply change the drop rate to something astronomically high, like 1/1,00,000.
