Talk:A Fairy Tale II - Cure a Queen
Why does this say the fairytale trilogy when there are only 2 quests out atm. Is it in the runescape knowledge base and i have never seen any indication of a third quest. If anyone can answer this I would be extremely happy =) MonsterMan RS Name theskk 2 00:40, 5 June 2008 (UTC)
dont forget about lost city
dont forget about lost city
Also, there should be a 4th quest coming. Look forward to it!
Yeah, I think it was mentioned on the forums that the latest chaos elemental thing had an allusion to a new fairytale quest...
an Error[edit source]
"Talk to the fairy chef (just south of the bank) about the certificate. She will tell you to go to the mysterious ruins (leading to the cosmic altar), also in Zanaris. "
You don't just talk to the fairy chef. She won't say anything if you talk to her. You have to use the certificate on her.
part 3[edit source]
Any idea when jagex plan to release it? im going for a quest cape and would hate to have to do another zanaris quest before i was able to get the quest cape. --18:00, March 15, 2010 (UTC)
prayer possible?[edit source]
so it says:
protection prayers are ineffective against them so eat food as required.
Take the best melee armour you have and use Protect from Melee
Missing guide part.[edit source]
The part where it tells you to decode the back side of the cerificate with the help of the stone slab - How in the hell do you do that. You weren't nice enough to tell us, thnx.
- With your brain. (: There's nothing you actually do in-game to decode it except to turn the certificate over. 13:58, May 15, 2011 (UTC)

additional info[edit source]
Deciphering Concerns[edit source]
I looked at a few guides, copypasta material, I watched a fairly old video-guide for this quest on YouTube, and conclusively there's a small difference that might have an impact on the progression. Now, it's just self-evident "this reads godfather hoopla" on every single guide. I probably will be able to see all the details myself once my skills are high enough, but in the video guide there's a small inner monologue stating right as you've read the rune tablet by the altar (with having read the back of the certificate before this): "A fun guy. No wait, that's awful. Plus it doesn't make sense."
I suspect this would be the first easiest indicator to whether your skills are high enough just from getting that prompted message or not by following said procedure, rather than try teleporting with said codes.
As per the etime documentation, here is a compilation of quest times. --20:21, August 27, 2017 (UTC)
~36 minutes - Added by Borithel, taken from Manpaint's video, as are all the initial etimes. (I previously had put 43 minutes but that's a mistake.)
~20 minutes - Added by 220.127.116.11, "with some errors"
Plaque at the ruins ?[edit source]
I got problems to get to destination 4 Queens liar I get the pinguins on that island I got the certificate in my inventory, I did all the quests required to do this one, and all my skills higher than required, and wearing the dramen staff, so only can see I miss that plaque at the ruins... where or what is it ?

- Did you do
|“||Head to the "mysterious ruins" leading to the cosmic altar and search south of it for a small stone tablet. It is a rune temple sign, with symbols similar to those on the back of the certificate. The sign reads: Cosmic Rune Altar. You can now decode Fairy Nuff's message by matching the symbols with the given key. Although you do not need to manually decode it, you must read the tablet to proceed.||”|
