Tainted wisps can be found in the Cavern of Tainted Memories as part of the Cavern of Tainted Memories Treasure Hunter promotion. They grant 1 or 2 tainted essence per harvest, which is doubled if standing in the green circle. They grant 50% increased Divination experience (343.8) if the player is standing in the green circle during harvesting.
