The strong rejuvenation potion is a one dose potion only available while training the Dungeoneering skill. Drinking the potion restores Summoning points by 10 + 22% of the player's level, and Prayer points by 100 + 22% of the total prayer points, but doesn't boost past a player's actual level.
It is made by adding Buckthorn and Misshapen claw to a Vial of water. This requires level 84 Herblore and grants 189.5 experience in that skill. This potion can only be made in dungeons with complexity level ≥5.
