Stinkshroom spores can be grown into stinkshrooms which can be harvested for stinkflies. They can be used in the Canifis and Isafdar mushroom patches. This requires level 103 Farming. 45-50 stinkflies are gathered per harvest and this is doubled with Elite Morytania achievements or elder frog perk or quadrupled with both.
