Stinkshroom can be grown using the Farming skill by using a stinkshroom spore on the Canifis and Isafdar mushroom patches. When fully grown, they yield 45-50 stinkfly. This can be doubled by the frog perk at the Ranch Out of Time, and is also affected by the greenfingers aura.
