Cup of soil tea detail.png

A cup of soil tea is a refreshment which restores 200 to 375 life points, depending on Constitution level, and it temporarily boosts Archaeology by 2. The level boost drops at a rate of 1 level per minute, until it reaches your original level. At level 20 Cooking, players can make one by mixing a cup of tea with one each of multiple types of Archaeology soil. This awards 5 Cooking experience.
