Sliced bananas can be created by using a knife or any weapon with slash (even a Godsword blade with no hilt on it or a poisoned dagger) attack style with a banana.

A sliced banana heals 200 life points when consumed, the same as a whole banana. Sliced bananas can be added to bottles of Karamjan rum though it becomes unconsumable, but one of these concoctions is needed in the Tai Bwo Wannai Trio quest.

It is one of the ingredients required to create a banana pizza. This is done by using it along with curry leaf, cooked chicken and nuts on a plain pizza.
