Silver torch can no longer be obtained in RuneScape after an update but still exists in-game for those who had done so.

is an item bought during the Gielinor Games. It was released before the event, but not made available for purchase until the release of the games on 24 July 2012. They could be purchased in Oomad Arrow's Gielinor Games Reward Shop. They cost 600 contribution points (and 2,500 extra points to unlock the silver tier). Silver torches serve as a light source.
There was a glitch when trying to choose the 'Destroy' option for the torch it caused the item to drop to the ground.
