A shrine to V appears inside a cave on V's Island during Hero's Welcome to mark the area where Sakirth killed V. Players can pray at the shrine to restore their Prayer points, or use it to view cutscenes of Hero's Welcome featuring either V's arrival or death. Players can also find Hannu, Emissary of V by the shrine.

Alfrick the Planner reports that many people come to the island to visit the shrine, including goblins and members of the Godless faction.^[1]
