Sea turtle detail.png

Sea turtles can be obtained by cooking a raw sea turtle with level 82 Cooking. Sea turtles heal 250 to 2,050 life points each, depending on Constitution level.

With level 82 Cooking and cooking gauntlets, sea turtles will have a 25% burn rate. By using a Chef's delight from a barrel in a player-owned house, which raises a player's cooking level by 5%, with cooking gauntlets and level 98 Cooking, players will burn roughly 15%. With level 99 Cooking and the Cooking cape equipped (or a max, completionist, or trimmed completionist cape that has consumed the cape), players can avoid burning sea turtles altogether.

Sea turtles are difficult to sell as there are other foods that heal a similar amount of life points that are more available.

There is a spawn in the Temple of Aminishi near Ahoeitu the Chef.
