Sandy's Coffee Mug can be found next to Sandy at the Sandy's Sand Corp office in Brimhaven. During The Hand in the Sand, the player uses truth serum on the coffee in order to get Sandy to confess that he bribed Clarence to put a mind-altering spell on Bert and then murdered him to cover up the evidence.
