RuneScape talk:Wiki Post/Editorials/Best Quests
Personally, I loved the Dorgeshuun quest series. I just loved the quest's constant theme of fighting for survival and justice in the face of ignorant hate, as well as the deeply personal connection made between me and Zanik (especially the scene where she is trapped in a chasm). But, funny enough if my memory serves me right, the first series quest I participated in was The Lost City! Not quite the most exciting quest, but the idea of an undergound and isolated civilization intrigued me. It seems that, as the metaphor goes, the first quest is the deepest. Fantastic! I loved the Myreque quest series too!

doing the elven quests without guides have to be one of the most epic tasks in the game. I wish there were more quests like mourning's ends part II Tortilliachp 23:36, January 30, 2010 (UTC)
Wow guys. Three people have contacted me in game to congratulate me on this. Thanks ever so much for the feedback!! --21:07, February 7, 2010 (UTC)
6 thanks so far. Thanks guys :)
To answer the different feedback, as I feel strangely obliged to.
Wrathanet, I considered the Dorgeshuun series for this however I must admit I am a very speciest person (is that the right word?). I was terribly upset when I watched avatar and the aliens weren't crushed under heel. So for that reason, I shoved the cave goblins to the side. No, seriously, I think I should have considered it. Ah well, maybe I'll do a revised one when I get a quest cape? ;)
I agree Asparagoose, the Myreque are awesome.
@ Tortillachip, It took me AGES to do regicide without the aid of a map, and after finding Lord what-is-his-face's camp I decided I would cave in and use the guides effective map. :( Also, I have yet to complete. Mourning's Ends Part II, as I don't have the runecrafting level to finish it. Viva la elves :)
Finally to 22.214.171.124, Darkness of Hallowvale was probably second for the 'Best Quest'. Who knew running between rooftops could be so fun? --22:00, February 11, 2010 (UTC)
Fantastic page![edit source]
Fantastic blog! I'm currently doing Darkness of Hallowvale and am completely drawn in. I orgiginally did it to get those last few music tracks before Air Guitar, but I love the storyline! Personally Monkey Madness really wasn't that hard, it was one of the first quests I did as a member at level 68 and I never died, but protection prayers were a must. The dorgeshuuns were amazing too! 126.96.36.199 22:45, February 8, 2010 (UTC)
