Just Wondering...

The guidelines say Users should have helped out the wiki in some way, for example. Does this refer to just, specifically, this particular Wiki, or does it also apply to "Sub-Wikis" that cover areas of the game not supported by this Wiki? (Examples: RS Clans Wiki, Chronicle Wiki, Idle Adventures Wiki, etc...). Since they all fall under "Wiki," it seems fair (imo) that major contributors to those Wikis should be included as well. Move Nominations to the Talk Page

With the first two bundles of nomination discussions on the main page, it's a tad long. I don't know if this has already been discussed for future nominations, but perhaps moving them to this talk page or a dedicated nomination talk-page would make organization better? Old nominations can be collapsed to archive them and clean it up.

If you think that is long, you should see this. In all seriousness though, I do agree that having nominations on a sub-page (e.g RuneScape:The Wikian/JaydenKieran) is better. We do the same thing for admin rights requests and other internal stuff too so there's no reason we can't do it here. jayden 04:05, December 21, 2016 (UTC)

I disagree with the talk page idea seeing as how this is supposed to be a wiki wide talk about the nomination and no one reads the talk pages lol. I do like the subpages idea that JaydenKieran suggested and on the main page put a link to the subnomination pages so there is only a few links instead of a huge talk about the candidate. Requirements

There is no fixed minimum, as we agreed in Forum:The Wikian, but if you look at failed nominations in the archives they all had roughly less than 500 edits. --Iiii I I I 22:09, January 6, 2017 (UTC)

Period between nominations

It's been 4 months since I last did a self-submission for The Wikian title, I had around 30(?) edits, all minor. I am over 100 now, with a couple big projects under my belt (created Skeleton (Ancient Cavern) and a bit more fixes/updates/cleanups. I'm not worried about edit's since I add/make corrections as I find them, but my main question is, how long between nominations should I wait before nominating again?
