Time?[edit source]

Excuse me? 11:59 in the UK/UTC? Might as well hold it the day after! Can it not be any earlier?

We can't always cater specifically to the Brits. I'm thinking about holding a weekly PC event if this one goes well, and if so, the time will most definitely be earlier. (; sssSp7p.pngIjLCqFF.png 13:11, February 6, 2011 (UTC)
Well, I actually live in IRELAND, but it's the same time zone so it hardly matters. Anyway, that Weekly PC event sound great! I'd definatly go.  Golden warpriest of Zamorak helm.png Wingcap Firemaking master cape.png 20:17, February 9, 2011 (UTC)
I live in Hong Kong, could someone tell me what's the time for my time zone? Atheist723 10:21, February 10, 2011 (UTC)
I believe HK is 3 hours behind East Aus, so around 8am. 222 talk 10:27, February 10, 2011 (UTC)
Aww. And the date? Is it Friday or Saturday? (I'm terrible at countdowns, makes my head hurt)Atheist723 11:39, February 10, 2011 (UTC)
For players in Hong Kong, it will be at 7:59am (8:00am) on Sunday, February 20th. sssSp7p.pngIjLCqFF.png 12:06, February 10, 2011 (UTC)
I'm personally content with any event that the wiki plans, though i'm not sure if i'll like this event. I'm not a fan of pest controll, or even like it for that matter. never-the-less i supose i'll be thereScaper12123 16:53, February 10, 2011 (UTC)
Well, we try to cater for a wide range of players with our varied events. If you don't like one specific event, maybe your time would be better spent questing/skilling during that event :)? So, what event would you REALLY enjoy coming to? - [Pharos] iPhone Edit 21:25, February 10, 2011 (UTC)
Thanks for the information:)
P.S. Nex hunt please?:PAtheist723 08:46, February 12, 2011 (UTC)
You have already been given an answer to that question on this page, although I can't seem to understand why you would want one in the first place. We will not be doing events that exclude such a huge amount of players in the foreseeable future. If we were to do a Nex trip, many of even our strongest players would think twice before signing up and a player with your levels would probably not survive long enough for a killcount of 40, much less survive inside Nex's chamber. If you would like to create a Nex event, feel free to do so and you could get some help creating it as well as advertiseing it at RS:CE :) - [Pharos] 09:22, February 12, 2011 (UTC)
Aw. Nevermind then. Thanks for explaining the reasons.Atheist723 11:20, February 12, 2011 (UTC)

May drop in[edit source]

I've never attended a RSW event before, but as PC is one of my old past times I may drop in for a visit (presuming I remember :P ) its always interesting to watch players at pc, most of them don't understand the real tactics behind the game Amun erebos 13:16, February 13, 2011 (UTC)

World?[edit source]

I've noticed that world 142 tends to be full lately. The event may go better on 45 or 104. I guess I'm just cautioning to check a couple hours before in case it should be moved. --Saftzie (talk) 15:48, February 18, 2011 (UTC)

We'll remember to check it out a couple hours beforehand, thanks :) - [Pharos] 15:54, February 18, 2011 (UTC)

Am I Late?[edit source]

I'm on world 142 and it's 6:42 pm eastern time. Where is everybody?

Taergal Khan----

It doesn't start for another hour yet. Quest.png Gaz Lloyd 7:^]Events!99s 22:53, February 19, 2011 (UTC)
Well, 20 minutes, anyway. --Saftzie (talk) 23:41, February 19, 2011 (UTC)
Interesting, your eastern time must be an hour ahead of NA EST. --Saftzie (talk) 23:43, February 19, 2011 (UTC)

Why is the timer on the front page still counting "up"? 00:58, February 20, 2011 (UTC)

T-plus means it already started. It just hasn't been removed yet. --Saftzie (talk) 01:20, February 20, 2011 (UTC)
Now it is. --Saftzie (talk) 01:27, February 20, 2011 (UTC)
