Feedback[edit source]

I thought the Giant Mole section was (and I'm sorry to be negative) boring. We were running around the place, the Mole teleported 3 seconds after he landed somewhere, and most of us didn't even get a chance to get a drop because the Mole had teleported more than 16squares away. The Chaos Elemental was cool, although we did have the problem of outsiders coming in and killing us, disrupting the event. The King Black Dragon was by far the best. No complaints here! Especially because some very nice people were blessing the graves. By the Kalphite Queen, though, we lost most of our people, AND I think it was too hard to take on in the first place anyway. It was quite pointless, in my opinion - I don't think very many people had a good time at the KQ. It was way too much for our sharp little daggers and stones from our slings. :P Of course, we saw no sign of any half-decent drops... but thats to be expected, considering that we only killed each boss 2-5 times. (And I don't think we killed the KQ at all) So all in all, I think we need some revisions of this event if we ever do it again. To be honest, I think we need more of the serious boss-hunts (like the Corp Beast hunt, although with some requirements like 100+ combat) and no more joke events for at least a month. I mean, don't get me wrong, I'm all for a laugh... (and it was a great idea) but I think we should have them very rarely, considering that we only have a limited number of events anyway.---Zaayir 05:06, 23 March 2011 (UTC)

It was definitely an interesting event, for a few reasons. I expected a more PKers to show up and screw with us, given how easy it was to know where we'd be. The PKs I saw seemed to be random rather than planned. (The middle of the week, not northern hemisphere summer timeslot might have had something to do with that, too.) I'd say that the mole was the least fun (for chasing it, which is always the least fun part, even normally) and the KBD was the most fun (for being the easiest winnable fight to rejoin). For the Chaos elemental and the KBD, I teleported to the Forgotten Cemetery to cut down on running when returning. Someone without the option to teleport might have a different opinion. Later I thought the Ardougne lever might have been a better choice, plus it's available to everyone. YMMV --Saftzie (talk) 05:22, March 23, 2011 (UTC)

I ofcourse realised that certain teleports would make the initial trip there much faster, but i still maintain that it would have complicated it further. With people being unable to teleport, being left behind from a group teleport, etc. Despite, as you mentioned, how easy it is to find us when we travel in a large group and announce when we will be somewhere, the ardy teleport lever would have had the same problem. Except, with the teleport lever, we would also be bunched in and at the mercy of anyone with ancient magicks. - [Pharos] 06:03, March 23, 2011 (UTC)
I didn't mean to imply that we should have used teleports to get there as a group. I merely meant that having to run back from dying so often, as an individual, could have been a factor limiting the fun, varying by individual. People who were able to teleport less than I was might have had less fun running back all the time. People who could teleport to the Demonic ruins might have been less annoyed by the trip back to the Chaos elemental. It's not a gripe, just an observation. --Saftzie (talk) 06:35, March 23, 2011 (UTC)

I think it was pretty fun except for the mole. As said before it kept on teleporting around so fast that not many people got a chance to hit it. The Chaos elemental was pretty sweet even though it dealt decent amounts of damage and killed like 1/6 of our team. There was some PKing by fellow clan member but that is sort of to be expected in this kind of event in the Wilderness. Now for the King Black dragon(aka KBD). It was a good fight and I Really appriciate the people who were blessing those grave. I cant really say anything about the Kalphite Queen(aka KQ) because I had to go. But from what I heard it was a rough fight and lots of death because of the awesome slings and kick butt wind strikes. Well good luck to evryone. Seems like a battlefield at KQ :s Santa hat.png Powers38 おはようヾ(´・ω・`) 12:17, March 23, 2011 (UTC)

LoL KQ was my favorite. Tons of bugs and tons of graves. We did manage to get a few kills though. (: sssSp7p.pngIjLCqFF.png 20:13, March 23, 2011 (UTC)
