Ancient cavern

Reason: Let me preface this by saying, I feel very strongly against this image. It's a picture of 5 boring NPCs, a human, and a horrible-looking river/stream. There's no apparent organization or purpose, thus rendering it a confusing image. Not to mention, it takes place in a very boring setting. I have no idea what is going on nor do I have any idea what's supposed to be special about this image. There are tons of non-FI pictures on this wiki that are more attractive. I didn't know that Large + HD = Featured Image.

Reason: A relic of an older time when we had lower standards for featured images. It's a nice image, but it's just not that interesting. The colors are bland and the image doesn't have translucency, which means that you can see the ground through most of the avatar.

Closed - There is not consensus to delist this image, but the fact that it is obsolete creates a slight problem. Because having an updated image on the mainspace page always takes precedence over it being featured, a new, up-to-date image should be uploaded regardless of the rule that a new version must go through a replacement nomination. The other way this could be done is by creating a new file and replacing all mainspace instances of the obsolete one. However, this goes against the rule that featured images should either add significantly to articles or be eye-catching to the point where users will want to read its accompanying article. Neither of these are possible when the image is found nowhere in mainspace. Chaos Elemental

Reason: There's been a lot of back and forth on this image, but the simple fact is that it looks outright bad. The dust particles--"correct" or not--just look horrible. When I saw it today on the homepage, it was extremely obvious that it lacks the cleanness of every other featured image. Please do all the FIMG community a big favor and just get rid of this one.

- Comment - Similar words, different meanings. Anyways, let me expound on my issue with the dust particles. They are shaped in an abnormal sort of way that makes the image look "fake". Instead of forming a cloud like they're supposed to, they collectively look like a grey, blurred, 2D, banana. Also, if you look closely, the edges of the "cloud" are very slovenly. Instead of fading into transparency, there is a visible line of when the particles end and the transparency starts (right side). Lastly, all detail is lost in the particles. I did look. The fact that they're of the same subject does not make it a duplicate. If you can present a valid reason as to how this image hinders readers, bogs down servers, causes glitches or problems with the wiki, etc., then it should be removed. FYI most of the cases that are tried would be termed frivolous. Furthermore, it seems that this court does not follow some fundamental rights. The prosecution can call the defendant to the stand before the defense does (or even if the defense does not at all), and the defendant is subject to self-incriminating cross examination. Reason: My opinion hasn't changed since that first delist over a year ago. At the end of the day, this just isn't up to scratch with the rest of our featured images. At full size, there's nothing special about it at all. It is particularly boring and uninteresting. There is no wow factor whatsoever, and it most of it blends in with each other due to the similar colours. The other issue is the size. At 250x250, you have to squint to make out the detail in the image, and it is almost impossible to make out at a glance.

Support - The toers and stuff on the roof are cut off, fog obscures much of the back section of it, and it doesn't seem to be lit very well, it's to dark and not very bright.
