Relentless is an Ancient Invention perk that has a chance to prevent adrenaline from being consumed when using threshold abilities, ultimate abilities, and special attacks (this includes stored special attacks used through the Essence of Finality ability). It can be created in ancient weapon and ancient armour gizmos with vintage components. There is a cooldown of 30s between activations of this perk.
It is similar to the asylum surgeon's ring's effect; although the activation rate for thresholds and special attacks is lower, it makes up for this by also being able to retain adrenaline from ultimate abilities and by being able to completely negate adrenaline drain from special attacks. The chance for the perk to activate is independent from the chance for the ring to activate.
