Relentless is an Ancient Invention perk that has a chance to prevent adrenaline from being consumed when using threshold, ultimate abilities and special attacks (this includes stored special attacks used through the Essence of Finality ability). It can be created in ancient weapon and ancient armour gizmos with vintage components. There is likely a 30s cooldown between activations of this perk. While testing this perk for a hidden cooldown, 120 special attacks were used during the 30 seconds following a relentless perk activation. None of those 120 special attacks caused relentless to activate a second time. If there were not a cooldown, there would be a 0.2% chance of this happening by random chance.
It is similar to the asylum surgeon's ring's effect; although the activation rate for thresholds and special attacks is lower, it makes up for this by also being able to retain adrenaline from ultimate abilities.
