Ramblings of a gargoyle, sequence 9 is received after interacting to the gargoyle Calcabrina, ninth of the Malebranche at the Infernal Source Dig Site while having a protect prayer or deflect curse active. Calcabrina can be reached by going through the Sagitarius portal after having an overhead prayer active. In turn Calcabrina gives the player the hint to equip a fake beard to be able to enter the Capricorn portal.

Obtaining all twelve ramblings of a gargoyle pages is required to complete the Contract Claws mystery.
