For other uses, see Rabbit (disambiguation).

Rabbits are animals widespread across Gielinor and other planes. They may be found across Gielinor and a selection of other realms.

During the Rag and Bone man wishlist, players are required to kill a rabbit (or a bunny) to obtain a rabbit bone.

When a Common brown rabbit is obtained a message will read: A baby bunny bounds into your backpack!

Locations[edit | edit source]

Drops[edit | edit source]

100% drops[edit | edit source]

  1. ^ Rabbits in Burthorpe don't drop bones.

Tertiary drops[edit | edit source]

  1. ^ Only during Rag and Bone Man.
  2. ^ Can only be obtained if the player has completed the player-owned farm tutorial. Will automatically be placed in the player's inventory.

Universal drops[edit | edit source]

Universal drops are dropped by nearly every monster outside of Daemonheim.
These items are dropped alongside main drops.

Update history[edit | edit source]

The update history project is a work-in-progress – not all updates to this topic may be covered below. See here for how to help out!
  • patch 23 September 2019 (Update):
    • Rabbits in Burthorpe no longer drop bones (so that the Prayer path is not unlocked during the first Burthorpe path; earlier than new players are introduced to the concept of choosing paths).
  • update 2 September 2019 (Update):
    • Rabbits across the game have been graphically reworked to match their Player-Owned Farms brethren.
  • patch 4 December 2017 (Update):
    • Rabbits (such as in Taverley) now drop raw rabbit on free worlds.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • Rabbits used to be more visually distinct, but when they were graphically updated, they were changed to all be identical to common brown rabbits.
