Primal portion detail.png

Primal portions are a type of food that can be obtained by emptying a primal feast. Unpacking a primal feast requires 4 empty inventory slots. Each primal feast holds 4 primal portions, and each primal portion heals 2,500 life points. As such, each primal feast offers a total 10,000 life points per slot, thus making it the best-in-slot food in terms of total life points healed. It should be noted that primal portions do not heal over the player's maximum life points like rocktails or saradomin brews do. Using 4 primal portions together does not make a primal feast.
