Poisonous Blast scroll detail.png

The Poisonous Blast scroll enables the use of the Poisonous blast special move for the Stranger plant familiar. Poisonous Blast scrolls are made by using Stranger plant pouches on a Summoning obelisk, providing 0.1 Summoning experience and 10 Poisonous Blast scrolls. If the Voice of Seren is active in the Amlodd District in Prifddinas, using the Prifddinas obelisk will give 12 scrolls per pouch.

A maximum of 500 scrolls can be used on a stranger plant familiar to both store the scrolls and allow the familiar to automatically use the scrolls. They can be obtained again by clicking "Take BoB" in the summoning interface. Enchanted headgear used to have similar effect although this has since been removed from the game.

Poisonous blast[edit | edit source]

Poisonous Blast is a special move generated via the Poisonous Blast scroll, and may be used while you have summoned a stranger plant. The stranger plant attacks for up to 1036 magic damage.

Poisonous Blast is part of the Summoning skill and as such grants 3.2 Summoning XP when the scroll is created and another 3.2 Summoning XP when the scroll is activated.

The Stranger Plant will occasionally use a similar power instead of its normal attack, regardless of whether a scroll is used. It also does not identify as an opponent in Duel Arena matches; therefore disallowing an opponent the ability to attack it. It is not clear whether this is intended, or merely a bug.
