The plague outfit is a set of items bought from Doctor Orbon for 100 coins during the Sheep Herder quest. The set protects players from the plague, which players find out is made up by King Lathas during Biohazard.

After the quest, this set can only be reclaimed from the storage chest near May's Quest Caravan.

The set consists of:

• Plague jacket
• Plague trousers
