The pirate impling is a rare impling that can be caught at level 76 Hunter. Unlike other implings, pirate implings cannot be caught until the Rocking Out quest has been completed.
Like other implings, they appear in the Impetuous Impulses minigame, as well as on the overworld in Gielinor. If encountered in Puro-Puro, a variant of net and an impling jar is required to catch it; elsewhere, players can catch them bare-handed, resulting in the potential loot being immediately added to their inventory and the impling disappearing, instead of resulting in a pirate impling jar. Casting Bind, Snare or Entangle may be helpful in catching pirate implings, as it prevents them from moving away from players.
The loot received from a pirate impling and its jar variant will change depending if the player has completed the Pieces of Hate quest. This removes all pirate clothing and introduces higher-tier rewards.
They are plentiful inside the Trouble Brewing minigame - however, they cannot be taken out of the game within jars. They must be looted inside the game, and they give minigame items instead of regular loot.
