Phillipa DeMarne was Juliet's cousin. She attempted to help you save her and Romeo's relationship during the Romeo & Juliet quest. However it backfired and she began dating Romeo instead. She appeared to be wearing a different coloured version of a Moonclan skirt.
She appears in the Varrock Census taken in Year 160 of the Fifth Age with her occupation listed as "minor noble".
