A perfect juju farming potion is a potion made using the Herblore skill. It is made by combining a juju farming potion (3) with harmony moss, requiring 77 Herblore and giving 109.5 experience. This makes a three dose potion, and it can be decanted into other doses by talking to Bob Barter (herbs). It can also be turned into a six-dose Perfect juju farming flask by talking to Teplin Macagan with a potion flask.

A dose of the potion lasts for one hour. While the potion is in effect, you have a 5% chance of getting harmony moss from unknown specific types of farming patches, and a 25% chance of getting two harmony moss at once from a harmony pillar. It is possible to receive harmony moss even if you do not have access to Prifddinas and cannot make perfect juju potions yourself.

Mushroom patches frequently give several harmony moss when harvested with the potion in effect.

The perfect juju farming potion does not provide the herb gathering bonus that the regular juju farming potion has, though it can be used alongside the latter.

A perfect juju farming potion is required to obtain the memoriam crystal 16.
