The Penguin keeper is an employee of the Ardougne Zoo. His job is to take care of the penguins that are on display. Because the penguins are laying more eggs than the zoo can afford to take care of, he will ask any player with over 30 Summoning to take a penguin egg and raise a pet penguin. Players without 30 Summoning will not get this offer, since he believes this means they are not experienced enough in raising pets. You must use an incubator in order to raise a pet penguin.
