Oliver B'Gard is a witness in the case of Rick Turpentine vs The (Rich) People.
He was a successful banker, but went bankrupt after he had to repay his customers due to some poor investment and life choices.[1]
Since then, he's been living in a box and using a potato sack as a bed.[2] Rick Turpentine would occasionally give Oliver B'Gard some money and food to survive after his predicament.[3]
