My Sick Four Tick Trick is an achievement that requires the player to maintain nearly maximum stamina when mining for 60 seconds.

To maintain mining stamina you need to click the ore rock once every 4 ticks, or after each strike. You'll know that you're at 100% stamina when you see green sparks come from your hits instead of white ones. You can also set a visible stamina bar by activating a toggle in your game options (Settings -> Gameplay -> Skills -> Mining).

Every 15 seconds the player will be notified of the progress of this achievement with a message You can do it! [Amount] seconds to go!

Porters do work while you are undertaking this task. The streak would be broken if mining is otherwise interrupted, even momentarily, like filling a gem bag.

This achievement requires a minimum Mining level of 15. Before that level, the mining stamina system is not used.

Bugs[edit | edit source]

  • You can complete this achievement by mining a crashed star until you have 200 stardust, and leaving the info message up for 1 minute.

Update history[edit | edit source]

This information has been compiled as part of the update history project. Some updates may not be included - see here for how to help out!
  • patch 4 February 2019 (Update):
    • Mining Red/Crystal Sandstone now has maximum stamina and does not reduce your stamina, so that your mining rate will not steadily reduce while emptying it. It, therefore, does not count toward this achievement of maintaining nearly maximum stamina.
  • patch 14 January 2019 (Update):
    • This achievement can no longer be unlocked by stalling the player during a mining operation.
