The profit rate assumes 4 kills per hour with a team of 4 players. Your actual profit may be higher or lower depending on your kill speed, drop rates, and deaths.
Vorago's fight consists of 5 phases, each taking place in a different level of the cave, and each having their own mechanics and attacks. Vorago also possesses a special attack which determines how phase 3, 4, and 5 are fought. The special attack he uses lasts for one week, changing every Wednesday at 00:00 UTC.
Vorago can be fought for free if not using an instance. Every player who accepts the fight challenge must survive a hit of up to 50,000 typeless damage divided between each member with a cap of 12,500 as the highest hit per player.
Players cannot teleport out of the arena by any means once the fight has begun. Logging out during the fight is sometimes prevented, usually the beginning of a phase; however, this restriction is not entirely consistent. If the player disconnects while fighting Vorago (either from poor internet connection or intentionally closing the client), they will be removed from the fight almost immediately. Additionally, right-clicking a player from the friends list and selecting 'Join' can sometimes be more effective for exiting the fight.
Each team consists of up to 3 general roles, as well as room for additional free DPS. The bomb tank is responsible for standing furthest from Vorago, causing bombs to be directed towards them. The base tank is responsible for holding aggression and the TL5 is climbs the northwestern wall in phase 1 and takes the 5th bleed on phase 2 (and sometimes phases 3 and/or 4).
The TL5 role can be merged into the bomb tank role, allowing for more challenging duo boss encounters.
