This article assumes the Lodestone Network is used to teleport to the Taverley lodestone and enter the player-owned house there (House Teleport can be used with 40 Magic, it is faster but consume runes), and a Beast of Burden is not used. Banking can be done via various teleporation methods (e.g. Ring of duelling, or a mounted amulet of glory in the Quest Hall requiring 47 Construction). Each trip can be done within 2 minutes (30 trips an hour assumed).

Alternatively, if you have access to the Ithell clan district and and Attuned crystal teleport seed, you can teleport to the Ithell clan chest directly and then move east to the nearby POH portal.
