Details
Gerrant's Fishy Business has a stock of 1,000 harpoons that he sells for 45 coins each. The stock replenishes fully every 24 hours. Since harpoons are worth 635 due to them being an ingredient in ibis pouches, buying all of the harpoons from Gerrant's shop and banking at the deposit box next to the Monks of Entrana is a good way to make money in free-to-play daily.

To get to the shop, use the Port Sarim lodestone, which takes you just a few feet away from the building. Go inside and buy 28 harpoons, and then run north-east to the deposit box on the docks. Run back to the shop and repeat. If you are running low on run energy, you could use the lodestone network to teleport from the deposit box to the shop, which takes about the same amount of time as running. If teleporting, make sure to utilise the "previous destination" right-click option on the lodestones. Each run takes about 40-45 seconds, so buying all 1000 harpoons takes about 25 minutes. When finished, re-sell the harpoons on the Grand Exchange.

Players with a Ring of Kinship may also teleport to Daemonheim to bank their harpoons.

Members can also use Harry's Fishing Shop in Catherby for the same purpose, and since it is closer to a bank, buying all 1000 harpoons will only take about 18-20 minutes. However, members usually have much better ways to make money (even through other shop arbitrage) so this is not recommended.
