Mod Michelle worked at Jagex for a number of years in a number of roles. She has worked in the Customer Support team providing billing support for the games RuneScape, FunOrb and War of Legends. She has also written background and instructional content for the unreleased Stellar Dawn game.

Mod Michelle is probably most known for her work on the Jagex-run wiki. She left Jagex in 2015 due to the wiki being discontinued.

Mod Michelle provided voice over for Marimbo during the Cabbage Facepunch Bonanza event. She provided voice over for, and helped to code, the pig Jambon^[1]^[2], who was released as part of the 2015 April Fools update.

Her character model was also used as a JMod clone in the Battle of Lumbridge event.
