Mod Lee was a community manager and video marketing executive for RuneScape. Lee had produced a lot of video content relating to RuneScape before being hired by Jagex, going by the name Regicidal.[2] The type of videos he has created have ranged from being informative, to music videos, and general commentaries.

While working for Jagex, Mod Lee created videos for patch notes updates, helped brand the RuneScape Twitch channel, hosted various community events and boss masses including one every Sunday evening, helped create the Imcando pickaxe, and hosted the RuneFest livestreams on several occasions. Lee lives in the United States, in contrast to the majority of the other Jagex employees who primarily live in the United Kingdom.

On 20 August 2019, Lee announced that he would be leaving Jagex just over a week later, on 31 August.[1] He stated that this was because his contract with Jagex was cancelled.[3] His last stream on the RuneScape Twitch channel was on 25 August.
