Mod Dean was a Content Development Manager on the Content Development Team for RuneScape at Jagex.^[1] Before he was on the Content Development Team he was the head of the RuneScape Quality Assurance Team.^[2]

Dean left Jagex in April 2015.^[3]

Previous roles[edit | edit source]

Dean is infamous for his legendary rage, ("king of rage fueled streams" was used in his RuneFest 2014 'The Big Questions' introduction) breaking peripherals and his hatred for the Sheep Herder Quest.^[4]^[5]^[6]
He is possibly the only employee to have multiple Jagex Moderator accounts, he was known as Mod c3dpo in-game and would post as Mod Dean on the Forums.^[7]^[8]
While onboarding at Jagex he was offered a Player Moderator position but after learning what that meant he turned it down in an effort to be seen as a regular player during his personal time.^[9]
