Mobile is an Invention perk that reduces the cooldowns of Surge, Escape, Dive, Bladed Dive, Barge, and Greater Barge at the cost of no adrenaline gain. It can be created in weapon and armour gizmos.
Activating any of the affected abilities while outside of combat doesn't place the player in a combat stance, nor will it drain the player's divine charges stored in their charge pack (unless active combat is initiated); this makes Mobile extremely beneficial for non-combat skilling where these movement abilities are ideal.
The relic power Shadow's Grace can be activated to give the effects of the Mobile perk without needing to equip an augmented item. This can be useful in situations where other equipment is desired, such as skilling with a full outfit and tools, or where equipment cannot be used, such as dungeoneering.

- The Mobile perk now correctly lowers the cooldown of the Barge ability.
- patch 22 February 2016 (Update):
- The Mobile perk no longer has a +20% adrenaline cost to use the affected abilities. Adrenaline is no longer gained from using the affected abilities.
