Mince pies were a possible reward from trading in a sapphire blue present or an emerald green present, giving five mince pies, or from trading in both the sapphire blue and emerald green presents, giving 15 mince pies. They heal 1000 life points.

All the remaining mince pies were removed from the game at some point in 2017.

A mince pie can also be obtained from a festive box that is earned by opening a clue casket on 23 to 25 December 2016. These were brought back at the end of 2017 as well.

Christmas events

They were a possible reward from the giant Christmas cracker in the 2019 and 2020 Christmas events. To be eligible for the reward, 100 Christmas cracker paper was required to have been added. A mince pie could also be received by players upon discovering a gift as part of The Knight Before Christmas, the Yak Track event released together with the 2020 Christmas event.

Creation

Some Christmas presents could be exchanged for mince pies during the 2012 Festive Gifts Squeal of Fortune promotion.
