Mental Health Awareness Week is a charity event.

The event in 2021 was different from the event from the previous years in that charity tokens, the charity representatives, and event noticeboards were not a part of the event. Instead items could be bought for RuneCoins or bonds in the charity shop in the Event tab of the Community interface.

Each time the player logged in during the event, they were greeted with one of the following announcements:

• Support our chosen charities in style and maximize your DXP gains by acquiring the Meditation bundle, available in the Event tab of the Community interface for a limited time only!

Charity

All proceeds from purchasing items from the reward shop were donated to two charities to promote mental health awareness:

• CPSL Mind
• Rise Above the Disorder
