Menaphite honey bee is one of the Insects of the Desert found in Menaphos. Collecting all 16 insects grants the Bug Whisperer Teleport animation. It may be found while burning acadia logs through any means, including while using a portable brazier. This does not need to be done in Menaphos to find the insect.
The Superheat Form prayer and the Always Adze relic do not work, the logs have to be lit in other ways.
Adding logs to a bonfire will work. The burn effects of the Inferno adze and the Nature's sentinel outfit both give a chance of this being obtained while woodcutting.
