12	Finding Your Balance	Yes	Mix a Guthix Balance potion while in Morytania.	22 Herblore In Aid of the Myreque	Mix a Guthix balance potion while in Morytania. Add garlic to a 3-dose restore potion, then add silver dust. Silver dust is obtained by grinding silver bars in the grinder on the upper floor of the Ectofuntus. If the garlic is obtained from the chest in the Myreque Hideout in Burgh de Rott, do not create the potion just yet. Making the potion in the hideout does not count as being in Morytania.	10

This can take up to 240 minutes (4 hours) to grow, however this can be expedited by using a supreme growth potion (sundry) obtained from the player-owned farm for 1000 beans, or from Sydekix's Shop of Balance for 7,500 Crux Eqal favour . Players may use boosts to complete this achievement, such as pork pie at Farming level 48, but they must be redone before harvesting to complete the achievement.	10

15	I Wonder How Far It Ghost?	Yes	Explore the tunnel from the cellar under the Hair of the Dog.	In Search of the Myreque	Explore the tunnel from the cellar under the Hair of the Dog bar in Canifis. The tunnel is located under a trapdoor at the back of the Hair of the Dog inn, not inside. If the tunnel shortcut is unlocked by levelling Zachory Bragg to 99 in the Temple Trekking minigame, players may have to toggle the trapdoor's function back to normal. Players can also enter the tunnel from the opposite direction in the Mort Myre Swamp.	10

A ghostspeak amulet or cramulet must be worn to talk to Metarialus. Keep the yeast, there is another medium achievement, The Beer Inn-spectre, that needs it.	10
2	Travelling On The Slime Trail	Yes	Use an ectophial to return to Port Phasmatys.	Ghosts Ahoy	Use an ectophial to return to Port Phasmatys. If lost, the ectophial can be reclaimed from Velorina, the ghost who started the Ghosts Ahoy quest.	10

Speak to Robin, who is located in The Green Ghost inn in Port Phasmatys, to claim the rewards for the medium achievement set:

• An antique lamp granting 10,000 experience (in the skill of choice of level 46 or higher)
• 10–4,096 coins per achievement
• Morytania legs 2, which, in addition to Morytania legs 1's bonuses, grants the following bonuses:
