Medium Daemonheim is an achievements subcategory of the Area Tasks. Prior to the release of this subcategory the achievements were part of the former Daemonheim subcategory within the Exploration category.

All required items can be obtained within Daemonheim, with the exception of the Marm's Armory achievement.

There are 13 achievements in this group.
|9||300||No||Complete Three's Company with 100%.||
||Complete Three's Company saga with 100%. The Fremennik Saga can be started by talking to Skaldrun, after rescuing him from the Frozen floors 1-11 with at least complexity 2.||10|
|3||And I Want It Now||No||Complete a complexity 6 floor solo in under 6 minutes.||
||Complete a complexity 6 solo floor in under 6 minutes. This is easiest on a small Dungeoneering floor. It is advised to avoid killing creatures unless they are in room that has a guardian door. This achievement can be completed with guide mode on.||10|
|12||Cache Box||Yes||Unlock a level 40+ chest.||
||Unlock a Thieving chest with a skill requirement of atleast 40 inside a Dungeoneering floor. Within a complexity 5 floor, every room, other than the boss and starting room may contain at least one Thieving chest.||10|
|10||Drink Me||Yes||Boost your Magic level with a self-made tier 2+ potion (from seed).||
||To boost their Magic level with a self-made tier 2+ potion (from seed). The potion can only be made in a Dungeoneering floor with complexity 5. To make the potion the player will need grow grimy wormwood leaf or grimy winter's grip and get void dust which can be bought from the Smuggler or obtained from killing creatures. If the herbs are not self grown it will not complete the achievement. Simply planting the seed and then using a herb that has been dropped also unlocks the achievement.||10|
|2||I Want It All||No||Gain the Beast Mode title on a complexity 6 floor solo.||
||Gain the Beast Mode title on a complexity 6 solo Dungeoneering floor. It is easiest to do this on a small floor.
To earn the Beast Mode title, all resources and monsters on the critical path must be depleted and killed. Boosts can be used if necessary.Resources that count towards getting the Beast Mode title include fish (Fishing), branches (Woodcutting), textiles (Farming), wisps (Divination), and ore (Mining). Mastices can either be killed or trapped using the Hunter skill. Depleting textiles, wisps nor mastices is not necessary for getting the achievement as a non-member. The floor should be ended only after all is depleted.
|4||Marm's Armoury||No||Make use of either an autoheater, gem bag, herbicide, bonecrusher or charming imp.||Use either a Smithing autoheater, gem bag, herbicide, bonecrusher, or charming imp, which can all be bought from the rewards trader with Dungeoneering tokens. The cheapest option is the gem bag, which costs 2,000 tokens and requires level 25 Crafting. Emptying a gem bag will also complete the achievement.||10|
|8||Nice to Meet You, Wall||No||Kill Rammernaut without getting charged, or make him stun himself.||Kill Rammernaut without getting charged, or make him stun himself. Rammernaut can be found on Furnished Floors 18–29. It is recommended to use magic or range since this allows the player to hug the wall which tends to cause Rammernaut to trip more frequently. It is recommended to do this achievement on complexity 1 or in free-to-play for a lower levelled Rammernaut.||10|
|6||Port Enter||Yes||Create and use a portent of passage V or above to attempt to pass through a skill door.||
||Attempt to pass through a skilling door with the help of a portent of passage V or above. This must be done on complexity 6, as this will unlock Divination on the Dungeoneering floor. The door must require a skill level that is out of the player's skill level's reach.
For both barred door (Strength) and magical barrier (Magic) this can be done by letting either forgotten mages, the unholy cursebearer boss (floors 15-17 and 30-35), or Shadow-Forger Ihlakhizan boss (floors 30-35) drain one's combat stats, allowing the use of portents to go through doors that would normally not be out of the player's skill level reach.The achievement will not complete unless the boost is high enough to match the required skill level, however a failed attempt with an appropriate boost will still complete the achievement.
|11||Spinal Trap||Yes||Set a spinebeam trap that you made yourself.||
||Place down a self-made spinebeam trap. It is not required to catch a bovimastyx, only to place down the trap. The trap can be made by fletching spinebeam branches into a trap. The branches can be obtained from cutting a spinebeam tree which requires level 40 Woodcutting, or they can also be bought from the Smuggler, or received as a drop from killing creatures.||10|
|5||Tactical Retreat||No||Flee from any boss using a self-made gatestone.||

Enter the 6 resource dungeons with an entry requirement equal to or less than Dungeoneering level 35 within 6 minutes.

Handing in items after their objective has been met will not count, and thus not complete the achievement.
For ironman:Baxtorian Falls resource dungeon the player needs a Glarial's amulet, and if the rope rack has not been built a rope is also needed to enter the Waterfall Dungeon.
|13||Up to the Gods||No||Sacrifice a frost dragon bone on a prayer altar from a dragon you killed yourself in a solo dungeon.||
||Sacrifice Frost dragon bones from a dragon they killed themself on a prayer altar in a solo Dungeoneering floor. Frost dragons can only be encountered on Frozen floors 1-11.
It is recommended to do medium or large floors to find them, as Frost dragons are very rare. This also gives more chance on finding a prayer altar. In addition, checking the base room table for an anti-dragon shield and leaving/restarting if it isn’t present can save time (the presence of such a shield being a likely indicator for the presence of a frost dragon).If the player cannot find a prayer altar they have the option to build the altar at the Starting room hotspot with 5 Bovistrangler branches and 5 Zephyrium bar, which requires 75 [B], although this requires the player to be members.
