Magnetic minnow detail.png

Magnetic minnow are a type of fish caught in the southeast area of the Deep Sea Fishing hub at level 68 Fishing. They are a stackable fish, and can be eaten without cooking to heal 100 life points each. Magnetic minnow offer 140 experience when caught whilst fishing and may also be gutted to create great white shark bait, manta ray bait, or sea turtle bait. A total of 300 minnows are required to make one of the respective baits, granting 100 Cooking experience.

1 to 3 minnows are caught at once, although experience is given per catch, not per fish.

As they are stackable, they can potentially be a nearly infinite source of (albeit slow) healing in a single slot, much like purple sweets and biscuits (which are also stackable and heal 200 life points each). Expensive spices do work with magnetic minnows, allowing them to heal 150 life points each.
