Mage Commander Sequitus

Mage Commander Sequitus was the leader of the town where Ipcress worked as a smith. He had his headquarters in the old town hall. He commissioned Ipcress for work. When Zemouregal and the Sombre Vigil passed through, Sequitus was upset, though the mahjarrat paid him no heed.
