The lodge bar storages are excavation hotspots at the Infernal Source - Star Lodge cellar excavation site that players can excavate after reaching level 20 Archaeology.

The hotspots initially appear as fiery brimstone, requiring uncovering to become usable. Uncovering the hotspots yields a one-time reward of 56 Archaeology experience.
