The limitless sigil was a sigil made by combining 1,000 vital sparks.

On 19 August 2019, the sigil slot was removed and all sigils were refunded (sometimes partially). The limitless sigil was refunded 1 vital spark per charge remaining on the sigil (thus a fully charged sigil was fully refunded), and the item itself had all functionality removed (should one somehow still be owned). The sigil was replaced with the Limitless ability.

Historical information[edit | edit source]

When activated, the player is able to use threshold abilities without needing to have 50% adrenaline for 6 seconds, as long as 15% adrenaline for each ability is available. The sigil cannot be activated if the player has 61% adrenaline or higher. This effect has a 90 second cooldown and does not work in the Wilderness.

The sigil begins with a maximum of 1,000 charges, losing one charge per activation. It can be recharged at a cost of 1 vital spark per charge, which is 111,919 coins according to the current Grand Exchange price.

Based on the GE prices of vital sparks, a limitless sigil costs 111,919,000 to create.

As long as you have 45% adrenaline, you can fire off 3 thresholds within that 6 seconds period.

Example of Range use: Death's Swiftness > Corruption Shot > Greater Dazing Shot or Needle Strike > Enhanced Replenishment Potion > Limitless Sigil > Snap Shot > Bombardment > Rapid Fire

Example of 2H Melee use: Berserk > Cleave > Greater Fury > Enhanced Replenishment Potion > Limitless Sigil > Hurricane > Quake > Assault

    • Refunded all sigils owned. Replaced sigil functionality with abilities and codices.
    • Removed all functionality from the item, should any be left over.

    • The following changes have been made to the Menaphos Slayer Dungeon sigils:
      • Maximum charges have been changed from 250 to 1000.
      • Recharging a sigil now only requires 1 Vital spark per charge.
      • The drop rates on Vital sparks has been improved.
