Lily was the captain responsible for bringing Felix - the Black Marketeer - from New Heritage to the Western Lands after his wife and daughters were kidnapped.[1] At some point, John Strum - at the time a portmaster of a private dock in Port Sarim - became romantically involved with her, although the extent of their relationship is unknown.[2]
She later died due to the actions of Quin, a seasinger possessing the Elder Horn who declared herself to be a goddess,[3] although the exact details of what happened are unknown. This led John into depression and gave him a deep vendetta against Quin, causing him to eventually spearhead a successful assassination attempt against her, in which he died.
- ^ The Black Marketeer, "Player-owned ports", RuneScape. "I shut up shop immediately and set sail for the west with all my goods. I travelled only with my captain: Lily. The oceans only know how we made the journey."
- ^ The Barmaid, "Player-owned ports", RuneScape. "Ah. Well, if John didn't tell you about her, he'd have wanted me to keep it a secret. Let's just say he was sweet on a girl for a long time...and then she died."
- ^ The Barmaid, "Player-owned ports", RuneScape. "He'd wanted Quin dead ever since he found out she was responsible for what happened to Lily."
