The lesser runic staff is a reward from the Runespan. Unlike the other higher versions, the staff cannot be charged. Its purpose is solely for its stats. It requires 30 Magic and 30 Runecrafting to equip. It costs 5,000 Runespan points.

If you would obtain this staff by buying Unstable air runes from Travelling Merchant's Shop exclusively, this staff would cost you 250,000.
