Lesser Sever is a basic Attack ability, with no level requirements to use. It is a melee ability and deals 28.8-144% ability damage. At level 45 Attack, it will automatically upgrade to Sever. Lesser Sever does not apply the damage reduction debuff to the target like the normal Sever.
